Minimum Requirements
In order to bid on an RFP, your property must meet the minimum requirements outlined below. If your property meets the requirements, you can download the complete RFP, view the training locations, create a profile, and begin bidding.
Facility Requirements
- Must comply with the standards and requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act
- Must comply with the Hotel/Motel Fire Safety Act of 1990
- Must have a current rating of: 1) First Class or higher per the Official Hotel Guide; or 2) Three diamonds or higher per AAA; or 3) Three crowns or higher per the OAG Business Travel Planner.
- Must be located no more than 30 minutes from the nearest major airport.

Please visit GSA for per diem rates for your city. The facility must be able to accomodate meal requirements for vegetarians, vegans, and other special dietary needs upon requrest, utilizing the menu contained in the RFP.
Function Space
This training is very interactive and generous space is needed to facilitate the discussion. Strong preference for all meeting rooms to be on one floor. The General Session room can be used to serve meals and must seat 175 attendees (PSO Training) comfortably in rounds to include adequate space for A/V. The General Session room cannot be used for breakouts. Breakfast rooms must be a minimum of 650 sq. ft.
